Founded and personally run by Mason Batchelor, we’ve been caring for residential pools since 2021, and from day one, the mission has stayed the same: show up consistently, communicate honestly, and deliver results that homeowners can actually count on.

Mason Batchelor didn’t start Pool Spark by accident, he built it with a specific purpose in mind. Growing up in the Sugar Land area and graduating from George Ranch High School, Mason has always been rooted in this community. That local foundation, combined with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston, shapes the way he approaches every aspect of running Pool Spark…with structure, accountability, and a long-term mindset.
Mason entered the pool service industry in 2020, and it didn’t take long for him to see the gap between what homeowners were being offered and what they actually deserved. Too many companies relied on rotating technicians, inconsistent service, and poor communication. So in 2021, he founded Pool Spark to do things differently, building a company where reliability isn’t a selling point, it’s just the standard.
That hands-on mentality hasn’t changed as Pool Spark has grown. Mason personally inspects the pools his team services, keeping a close eye on water chemistry, equipment performance, and overall maintenance quality. He’s not managing from a distance…he’s involved, present, and invested in the results.
